ACASA
Arts and Crafts Association SA was founded by Daphne Smit, Cay Mombergin 2012.
Netta Motau then joined us in 2013. We are a private company aiming to run a successful
business and at thesame time creating job opportunities and sustainable income with
 Arts and Crafts.      
         
Our main income is through our members contributions. We also do markets,
shows, festivals and exhibitions for further income and at the same time creating
job opportunities and sustainable income for our members.

VISION        
Our vision is to create opportunities for every single person in South Africa who needs
a sustainable and worthwhile  income.    
         
We would like to give woman, men, youth, disabled and disadvantage people the
 opportunity to create a sustainable income for themselves and their families.
         
MISSION        
Our mission is to connect all aspects in Arts and Crafts in South Africa
         
By doing this we will be able to create job opportunities in the Arts and Crafts Sector.
We will reach our goal by getting suppliers, artists, crafters, trainers, facilitators,
products, special promotions, retail and more in the Arts and Crafts Sector in
South Africa.        
         
We aim to follow the following core principles  
We believe that our members are number one. We will strive to provide all our
members with any information, skills development and training they may require to
improve their possibility for a sustainable income through Arts and Crafts in SA.
         
Our members will benefit by being involved in the Arts and Crafts Association SA.
         
By being a member you are visible to the Arts and Crafts community in South Africa.
Giving you so much more opportunities to succeed and create a sustainable income.
         
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY    
We believe that Arts and Crafts can play a much bigger role in our communities
and create job opportunities and sustainable income, that is why we will always
react in a socially responsible manner.    
         
         
We are involved in our communities' upliftment projects with training and
skills development and will always focus on opportunities to help other people

and organizations to become self-sufficient through Arts and Crafts.

MEMBERS
Any person or Organizations that shares the same Vision an Mission as ACASA may become
a member of ACASA. After we received the completed membership application form and
proof of payment we will send you a membership card.

Our Aim is to establish 8 Provincial Branches (excluding Gauteng - Head Office),
and between 10 & 20 City Branches in each Province, depending on the size of
each Province.

If you would like to become a affiliation branch member and would like more info
regarding the affiliation branches, please send an e-mail to
sacraftassociation@gmail.com. Affiliation branches will be registered and be part
of ACASA-head office, but managers will run it as their own business.
